How long will my order be shipped after purchase?

Your orders will be delivered to the merchandise within 1-5 business days of the bank's approval for your preferred products with the transfer option. For credit card payments, the courier company will deliver the order to you within 1-3 days, depending on the distance of the delivery address to Lăzarea. Delivery is not made on weekends and holidays.

In the event of any inconvenience caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete, and accurate information is important.

All the products you choose will be delivered to you by the freight companies we have contracted with.

Return or exchange:

Under the weekly warranty, the customer can return the product within 7 days of the first product. If the reason for this return is a technical defect or product defect, the product will be replaced or refunded with another product equal to the total cost of the product and the shipping cost. If the reason for the return is "unpleasant", the amount of the refund or exchange with another product will be only the amount of the product that he did not like and the price of the product will not cover the payments. Upon return of the product, the shipping cost of the return belongs to the customer.
